These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by RecruitIT. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

RecruitIT: the company that offers payroll services through the recruitit.be platform.

Client: the natural or legal person who uses the services of RecruitIT.

3. Services

RecruitIT offers payroll solutions for businesses. The exact scope of services is determined in the individual agreement between RecruitIT and the client.

4. Payment terms

All invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment will incur interest charges.

5. Liability

RecruitIT is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the amount covered by the insurer.

6. Privacy

RecruitIT processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

7. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. All disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
